Aura & Oak is an endeavor that came from necessity for meaningful work, connection with others and authentic creative expression.

Gabrielle, A&O’s founder, holds a BFA in Interior Design and fully embraces being a lifelong learner. Her skills range from full service interior design, project management, event planning, prop design and construction to art commission, live event painting and more. She spends her free time honing her skills in handcrafts, art, gardening, design and being a good human. She lives for the outdoors, getting her hands dirty and prides herself on being a “Jackie of All Trades”. Any challenge that comes her way is something she takes on with excitement and gratitude. It is a privilege to be a part of her clients lives, to create beautiful spaces, events and memories for them, and to consider our environment along the way. Her hobbies include traveling, antiquing, gardening, driving her family crazy with new projects, and dreaming up even more of them.
